SUPPORT THE HADLEY FC CLUBHOUSE AND BAR REFURBISHMENT PROJECT!

The Project

Following the building of our new changing rooms last year, we are now starting to expand the existing Pavilion Clubhouse and Bar area by making use of the old changing room spaces within the building. We converted the old away team changing room into our new boardroom in the middle of last season, and we would like to move onto the next stage of the project during the off season while no matches are being played.

The plans involve building a brand new bar (with draft beer!), new toilets, a new kitchen and increasing the size of the main bar area by at least 50%. We will then install new flooring throughout, along with new decorations and furniture. The cost of the project is approximately £50,000.

The club can apply for up to £150,000 in any five year period from the Football Foundation Premier League Stadium Fund, but we used up all of that funding on the new changing room project last year. Therefore, to make progress with the project now, we are offering supporters of the club the chance to either 'Buy a Brick' or 'Buy a Share'. You can, of course, support the club by buying both Bricks and Shares, in any quantity that you like, if you are in a position to do so.

Buy a Brick

Your name will be on a Brick wall in the entrance area to the newly refurbished clubhouse. If you would like to buy a Brick through your company, and have your company name on it, that is also fine. For example:

Buy a Share

You will own a little piece of Hadley FC and you will be invited to the Club's Annual General Meeting along with all other Shareholders. You will also be listed as a Shareholder on the club website.

The benefits of the project are:

• To improve the matchday experience for all supporters.

• To generate increased lettings income for the club outside of matchdays.

• To ensure that the clubhouse facilities meet the ground grading criteria for Step 3 football, should promotion from Step 4 ever be achieved.
